LoadSense Technologies Limited Warranty
LoadSense products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for a period of one year on our commercial line and 3 years on our consumer line. During the warranty period, LoadSense will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective. Products must be returned in sturdy packaging with return freight pre-paid.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse, exposed to harmful materials or environmental conditions, or as a result of service or modification by anyone other than LoadSense. If the product has not been registered, proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

No other express or implied warranty is granted by LoadSense Technologies. LoadSense shall not be held liable for any consequential damages.

Return Instructions

Prior to returning your product to us, Please call us at (888) 808-LOAD (5623) to obtain a return authorization number. We cannot process a returned item without one. Place the scale in a well insulated properly packed box and return to the following address. Please allow 4-6 weeks for return.
